Reservation:
Please send your reservation in writing. The hotel will send the confirmation in writing, too.

Advance payment:
50 % of the total amount – as a guarantee of the reservation – is to be paid in advance, or credit card details need to be given – credit card type, number, validity and name of the owner. The deposit has to be transferred to our account till a certain date before the arrival.

Cancellation:
All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 3 days before arrival. The amount paid in advance will be repaid to the guest. In case of cancellation within 3 days, the 50% of the total amount is considered as an indemnity.
