Our prices on our website include VAT. If there is a change in the amount of tax fixed in the current VAT law, our prices may change without prior notice.
Our prices do not include the tourist tax, which is HUF 550 per person per night according to local regulations for our guests over 18 years of age. The tourist tax must be paid on site in cash or by credit card. We cannot accept the SZÉP card for the payment of the IFA
ARRIVAL – TRAVEL
The rooms can be reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and are available to our guests until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, it can provide the possibility of early arrival or late departure. If the Guest wishes to book the room before 7:00 a.m. on the day of arrival, the full room price for the previous night will be charged.
Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, the possibility of late departure can be provided for a fee.
Late check out until 12:00: HUF 6.000 / room, late check out until 15:00: HUF 18.000 / room. In case of late departure, the charged fee includes the use of the wellness department in addition to the use of the room. The extension can be used until 15:00 on the day of the trip. After 15:00, the full room price will be charged.
We provide a luggage room free of charge for all our guests.
Depending on the number of our hotel guests, we provide half-board with a buffet dinner or a choice from a limited menu, within the framework of a 4-course menu. The full board includes a light, 2-course wellness lunch (soup and main course) and, depending on the number of hotel guests, a buffet dinner or a 4-course menu with a choice from a limited menu.
We serve breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in our Almásy Restaurant.

– 0-3 years old free in cots
– Between the ages of 3-14 HUF 12.900 / person / night (in a deluxe room)
– Above the age of 14, the adult price is charged
The price of the child’s extra bed includes the meals included in the package booked by the adults in addition to the accommodation.
Children can be placed on a cot or extra bed in the case of two adults paying the full price in the following room types:
– Classic and Standard room: cot (travel cot)
– Deluxe room: extra bed (pull-out armchair) can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child
– 4-person Junior suite: extra bed (pull-out sofa) can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children
Wifi internet is available in the common areas and the rooms, free of charge.
PET (DOG, CAT)
Small pets (up to a maximum weight of 8 kg) can be brought into designated rooms of the hotel under the supervision of the Guest, for a fee. The common rooms can be used exclusively to access the hotel room without disturbing the peace of the other hotel guests, but other rooms, such as they are not allowed to visit the restaurant, the entire wellness area, and the fitness room. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the brought animal. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the pet in the hotel if it deems that the brought pet disturbs the proper operation of the hotel or the tranquility of the other hotel guests.
Pet fee: HUF 7.000/pet/night (cleaning fee included)
In the case of persons with disabilities, assistance dogs with a habilitation dog training qualification included in the National Training Register are accepted free of charge.
In our hotel, you have the opportunity to use our closed parking lot guarded by cameras, which is located 100 meters from the hotel entrance.
Parking fee: HUF 2.200/vehicle/night.
We provide you with a remote control to open the electric gate, which you can keep with you and use whenever you want to leave and park.
The remote control for the parking lot gate opener will be made available to you by our receptionist after you have familiarized yourself with our parking regulations and signed the form confirming receipt of the remote control.
HANDLING VALUABLES, CASH
We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests that our hotel does not assume any responsibility for valuables or cash lost in the hotel. We recommend that our dear guests store their valuables in the room safe or leave them for safekeeping at the reception.
In all cases, smoking is PROHIBITED in the guest rooms and internal areas of the Hotel! Smoking in the rooms incurs extra cleaning costs, which must be paid at the reception upon departure! (10.000 HUF/night) Please use the designated smoking area.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Form of reservation and request for offer
These reservation, modification and cancellation conditions apply only to individual reservations (maximum 5 pcs order of a room for a date) apply. Booking a minimum of 6 rooms together is considered a group booking, which is subject to individual booking, modification and cancellation conditions.
The Elizabeth Hotel**** provides a written offer for all inquiries, while a confirmation is sent for all room reservations. If the offer sent to the inquiry is accepted, we ask our guests to confirm all room reservations in writing, in response to which our hotel sends a written confirmation, thus the reservation becomes final.
In order to facilitate the contact of guests, Elizabeth Hotel**** operates a hotel reservation system, which can be found on the main page of our website (www.elizabeth-hotel.hu)
We ask guests intending to make a reservation to fill in all the information requested in the reservation system accurately and meaningfully, with particular attention to the correct entry of contact details (phone number, e-mail address, billing and mailing address). The correctness of the data entered in the reservation is the responsibility of the guest. If the guest cannot be reached at the telephone number or e-mail address specified in the reservation, or if the contact information proves to be incorrect and thus there is no possibility to confirm the reservation, our hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation, which also terminates the request for accommodation.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges that he has read and accepts the reservation and cancellation conditions.
In our hotel, it is possible to pay with cash (HUF, EUR), bank card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa) and SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MBH). In the case of cash payment in euros, we ask for the payment of the exact amount, our hotel can accept the return payment from 5 and 10 euros. In the case of payment with the SZÉP card, in order to use the card legitimately, the hotel may request the payment of the ordered services in advance and the presentation of the Guest’s official document suitable for personal identification.
Our contractual partners can also choose the form of payment by bank transfer.
These reservation payment conditions apply only to individual reservations (orders of a maximum of 5 rooms for one date). Booking a minimum of 6 rooms together is considered a group booking, which is subject to individual reservation payment conditions.
The Elizabeth Hotel**** requires 30% of the reservation value per room for all individual guest reservations, and 50% for special periods. (peak season, holidays, festivals)
The deadline for payment of the reservation is included in the confirmation.
– if the date of the reservation is less than 60 calendar days from the date of arrival, the reservation must be paid to SPA Invest Zrt. within 5 calendar days of the reservation
– if the date of the reservation is between 60 and 180 calendar days from the date of arrival, the reservation must be paid to SPA Invest Zrt. within 15 calendar days of the reservation.
– if the date of the reservation is outside of 180 calendar days compared to the date of arrival, the reservation must be paid to SPA Invest Zrt. within 30 calendar days of the reservation

In the notice section, please indicate the name of the person making the reservation, the period of the reservation, and the billing address.
The remaining amount beyond the reservation must be paid on the spot!
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION TERMS
All individual room reservations can be canceled in writing without penalty until 16:00 on the 3rd day before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or no-show of the Guest, the room price for one night will be charged, and the paid reservation will remain the property of the hotel. The entire amount of the paid reservation can be used for a reservation of at least the same value within 6 months after the cancellation, depending on places, or will be refunded.
In the event of a refund, a gross 2% of the booking amount will be charged as a booking handling fee, an amount reduced by this cost will be refunded to the Guest.
In the case of festivals and holidays, the individual room reservation can be canceled in writing without penalty on the 10th day before arrival by 4:00 p.m. In the case of bookings sold by certain intermediaries, the payment and cancellation conditions on the respective booking portal are applicable.
In all cases, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes arising from the accommodation contract amicably.
If the peaceful settlement does not lead to a result, the parties will direct the resolution of the disputes to legal channels. Parties to settle their disputes arising from this contract, depending on their jurisdiction, the Gyulai Járásbíróság or the Gyulai They submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court.
Our hotel provides the opportunity to change the pre-booked period once. During the possible second change, we will charge a fee of HUF 5.000. We cannot change a specific reservation three times.
