Wellness etiquette

The spa centre of our hotel is the island of peace and recreation. You are kindly requested to obey by the following rules when coming to the spa section thus respecting your fellow guests wishing to relax.
Smoking or the use of mobile phones are strictly forbidden in the spa section.
Only soft drinks in plastic cups can be consumed in the wellness centre. It is not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in this part of the hotel.
It is not possible to use the spa centre for those having fever or infectious diseases, drunken people, or those being under the influence of drugs, or people suffering from dermatological disorders.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the sauna.

For hotel guests bathrobes and wellness towels are available free of charge.

Having a shower before stepping into the pools is compulsory due to hygienic reasons. The experince elements of the pools can be switched on with the help of the switchboard located on the side of the Patio. Please feel free to contact our receptionists in the wellness centre. Before switching the experience elements, however, consider those already in the pool.

The Finnish sauna, the steam room and the aromatic sauna is basically used with covered body: either in a bathing suit or in a sauna sheet. Please never sit or lie on the sauna bench naked, this is unfavourable due to hygienic reasons as well. The sauna sheet is supposed to be laid on the bench so that your whole body (including the legs) would have enough room on it. Slippers should be left outside.

Please enter or leave the sauna as quickly as possible. You are kindly asked not to disturb the other guests’ relaxation with speaking loudly or using your mobiles. These rules also apply to the resting area.

Before putting some aromatic oil please ask the others in the sauna whether they would be happy with it, naming the exact type of the oil, as in some cases it may cause allergic symptoms. Only a small amount of oil is to be used in any case.

Due to hygienic reasons you are kindly requested to have a shower before going into the pool.

In addition to several services free of charge, a wide range of massages are available at our hotel, for which, however, making an appointment in advance is highly recommended. The previously made and then confirmed appointment can only be cancelled  or modified 12 hours prior to it the latest , failing to do so means a 50 % charge. If you do not appear at the given time, or cancel it  within an hour the whole fee is charged.

We are sorry to inform you, that the spa centre of our hotel is not accessible for disabled guests.
