Culinary delights are also part of relaxation, which our guests can indulge in in the outstanding restaurant and bar of the Hotel Elizabeth. The art nouveau style , air conditioned Almásy restaurant situated on the ground floor of the hotel can accommodate as many as 70 guests, with 40 more places on the adjoining terrace overlooking the Castle. The atmosphere of the candle-lit dinners are made even more memorable with the spectacular view.
Sumptuous buffet breakfast is served between 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. If weather permits you can enjoy it on the terrace as well. Freshly cooked eggs, cold plates, fresh fruits as well as cereals are on offer. If, however, you would feel like having something else, we are happy to prepare the meal of your choice. Besides the wide variety of food, morning drinks of various kinds can be chosen from.

Dinner is served from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Those having a booking with half-board can enjoy – depending on the number of guests- either a plentiful buffet dinner, or choose from the wide variety of á la carte offers. In addition to local specialities and traditional Hungarian dishes, you can select from the specialities of many different nations. Lovers of the reform cuisine and vegetarian guests are well treated as well.
Excellent wines from the most renowned Hungarian as well as foreign historic wine regions matching the dishes of the buffet dinner are on offer.
Due to the high standard of restaurant hygiene characterizing our kitchen, the restaurant of our hotel was rewarded the ‘White Lily’ prize first in the region.
